LORETO NATIONAL PARK

Loreto Baja California Sur, Mexico

The Bahía de Loreto National Park, located in Baja California Sur, is a protected marine reserve covering over 2,000 square kilometers in the Sea of Cortez. This park is home to a vast diversity of marine life, including whales, dolphins, sea turtles, and a variety of tropical fish. Its five main islands—Coronado, Del Carmen, Danzante, Montserrat, and Santa Catalina—offer breathtaking landscapes, pristine beaches, and excellent opportunities for diving, snorkeling, and sailing. It is an ideal destination for nature and conservation enthusiasts.
Bahía de Loreto National Park is perfect for those seeking a deep connection with nature, exploring unique marine ecosystems, and enjoying the serenity of the Sea of Cortez, which Jacques Cousteau famously called "the aquarium of the world."

Happy People

My sister and I booked the Coronado Island tour, and it was spectacular.  We saw lots of dolphins, sea lions and seals, as well as the fascinating rock formations on the far side of the island. The stop at the lovely white sand beach with turquoise water was the show stopper. The water is so clear you can see mantas and rays beneath the sand.  Thank you, loretomagico tours!
